"Le personnel nous a fait attendre 1 heure la nuit pour check-in même si sur le site et sur place il était écrit réception ouverte 24/24h pour ensuite nous traiter très mal. In albergo contestano la ricevuta di pagamento dicendo che la camera costa 8.000 Fr. Cefa in più e che é singola. Ho dovuto pagare in più. Ravvedo gli estremi della truffa. Sconsiglio questo Hotel. Vi invito a non sceglierlo. Sono disonesti. "
