"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. "This was the worse holiday ever! I arrived at the Hotel after 9.5 hrs flight journey, the receptionist asked me to pay before entering the room where the bill was fully paid before my arrival. Lack of communication between Expedia and the team in Africa was unbelievable.
But then I booked/Paid for a queen room: in my biggest surprise I was given a double room with a double bed and I was so mad at that point.
