"I’m going to start by saying this hotel was really great in every single way EXCEPT the spa receptionist/manager. She lacked basic customer service skills - rude and unwilling to accept she got my treatment time wrong. Blamed it on me, told me I was late and make the experience stressful to be honest. What a shame! The rest of the staff were fab, and the food was delicious, facilities spot on and couldn’t fault a thing. "

El dueño del campamento me escribió por whatsapp comentandome que al final en el de Zagora no tenían hueco y me pasaron al de Tagounite (60 km mas abajo de Zagora).
