"The staff was very friendly. Hotel lobby and room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. I had requested a walk in shower due to husband’s disability and it was very nice! I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever need a hotel room in the future I’ll most definitely stay here! "

"The hotel suite was incredible. My stay was only for a short amount of time (one night after arriving late) but it was still a lovely place. I would have loved better parking choices so late as we had to walk with luggage quite a way. Also, I surely wish there was a food option for breakfast since the stay was so short. Other than that, the place was awesome and I loved the artwork throughout the hotel. The room was fantastic! Thank you! "

"We will definitely be back! We enjoyed our stay at the Palace Casino Resort. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping was fast to respond to requests, loved the non-smoking casino and hotel. The only issue was the mattresses were not comfortable."

"Everything was fantastic! Great food at margaritaville cafe! I would spend more on the grounds but very pricey. That’s the only downfall for me. We went off the resort for most meals and ate sandwiches & chips in our room. "
