"Camila, Andrea and the crew in the restaurant were great during the breakfast service. IRUPE at the reception was really nice and helpful too. Amazing hospitality. the restaurants and the bar were really nice. ======= however, I think the charging the guest for monkey entry is not really fair. I am sure I closed the door even double checked it, yet still got the monkey entry. I believe there's another way to keep the monkey out. also I think I was charged with something that was not in the refrigerator in the beginning. "

Quick check in and all staff were very friendly and helpful. They also had a tour desk in the lobby that can easily help with Iguazu falls sightseeing tours. A 10 minute walk to the small town. "
