"We had a getaway of 4 days at this resort and it is a great hotel for families. It has entertainment for all ages, and fun entertainment at the pool. There's always food available, if is not the buffet it is a snack bar with burgers. The drinks are water down, but it is family hotel you don't want drunks around your kids. The hotel needs maintenance, and the rooms a deep cleaning, like the sofa on our room had dirty stains same with the chairs (beds and bathroom were clean no issues). The food...

"Overall My husband and I had a great time. Most staff were very helpful. Some not so much. We went for our anniversary. We mentioned it in the email sent and we mentioned it at check in. It would have been nice if someone would have done a simple gesture. As new guest at your resort The small kinks would not discourage us from possibly visiting again!
