"Really nice hosts! This is a bit of a hidden gem, the name may suggest more of a summer vibe but this is a great spot for a winter weekend mission to the mountain. They don’t have many rooms which is kinda nice as is keeps things pretty quiet. Heaps of parking space close to the rooms and the spa was great after a day on the mountain. Simple, very clean and well priced with great host! Not much more you could ask for. "

"I was extremely happy I booked this property for our family get away. When I entered the room it was nice and cozy. The staff at reception was so helpful and understanding. Overall I loved my stay will be staying here in future. The property is well looked after in terms of cleaning and every other facility. I definitely recommend this property to other travellers. "Night stay after walking the Northern circuit. Able to wait in lounge before check in as we finished quite early - comfortable beds and warm rooms. "

"Owner Gillian was an excellent host. Did our transfers from/to NP Station. Took us up to Whakapapa to Gondola on our day of arrival. Room was lovely. We had a spacious 2 bed apartment and kitchen. Common kitchen and lounge facilities (while we waited for the train) were excellent."
