"The hotel itself was great, HOWEVER, please beware that if you need food or necessities, it does not appear safe to walk around this neighborhoood. There was a pupusa and a taco vendor across the street, which is amazing, but other than that, it's in a pretty sketchy area. The hotel staff is awesome. There was no microwave in the room, however staff was willing to reheat our food in their private microwave. The room was spacious enough for a quick one night stay. I would return, however I...

"The staff is amazing! Love the area and property. It was nice and quiet and very safe. We were close to the airport so that was clutch. Even though some places were 40 mins out because of traffic, finding our way back was very easy. The person who helped me out at the counter was really nice and helpful. I forgot his name, but he has glasses on and slim fit guy. Shout out to him. "

"The front desk agent, when I checked in, was super nice. She went above and beyond. I booked a room type which at the end I didn’t need and she accommodated me to an ideal room type that was ready. Room was ok. Bathroom needs touch up for sure. Phone was not working at all. A lot of foot noise above but I mean that’s ok. Not much of an issue. Next door neighbors were a bit rowdy. "Such a beautiful location. Very well taken care of. Very clean. Closed gate parking after midnight secures you and your vehicle. Minutes away from universal studios. "
