"Everything was great!"

"The staff was super friendly. Everything was just as described. It was also centrally located to everything. Walking distance to many restaurants."

"This is a cute little motor lodge with separate bungalows. We greatly enjoyed our stay, not expecting anything fancy but someplace that was quiet and easy to access. The bathrooms weren't nicely renovated and I would consider it one of the better hotel showers. There were three downsides, but they were not significant. The carports are tiny. "It had a great location within walking distance of Warner Brothers Studios, and several restaurants. our room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the night desk. The place could use a little bit of updating as many of the electrical outlets are old and you is harder to charge devices. Only one elevator to service five floors including parking garage which made it a bit slow. Overall, I would rate it as a good place to stay."

"They stay was OK it was walkable to Universal Studios and Universal City. Elevators were not working so had to walk up and down to our room. Although we were not there to live in the room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to make sure to move us to second floor and not 3rd. For the price it was good..."

"Beautiful curated interiors, polite and warm staff, cozy vibe!"

"Staffing experience was amazing but the only mishap I would say is that housekeeping didn’t clean out the drawers so there were some dirty jeans in the drawers. Other than that everything else was great"

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"Easy check in in, friendly staff"
