"Excellent Room, but Difficult to Find and Check In The hotel is located at the top of a hill, with beautiful surroundings, but finding it was quite difficult because the property was not clearly marked or signposted. We had to go through quite a bit of difficulty before finally locating the hotel. The room itself was excellent overall—clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly good, with new appliances and modern fittings. However,...

"Solamente que no hay clima ni abanico"

"House was perfect, only we booked for two bedrooms but there was only one. Some other points were communicated with owner via whatsapp."

"Das Gastronomische Angebot im Restaurant war gross, das Essen sehr gut. Das Frühstück mit den Kühlschubladen ohne Beschriftung etwas mager. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, selbst ein früheres Einchecken war möglich."

"The ceilings were really low. My husband who is 6'2 banged his head more than 10 times walking in and out of the kitchen. That should have been in the description of the VRBO post. Also there were no instruction on how to use the any of the electronic appliance other than the dushwasher. The washing machine looked like a medieval torture chamber. I had to ask him a lot of questions. A guest book with insructions and need to know details would have been helpful. It was hot so we had to run all...

"Overall, the hotel was decent and the staff was friendly, but my 12-day stay came with some bizarre and frustrating experiences. At check-in, my room key had "272" written on it. After repeatedly searching for the room and returning to the front desk, I learned it was actually 212. The number written was very clearly not a 1. Before arriving, my confirmation email somehow stated both that the deposit could be paid in cash AND that cash was not accepted. When I asked for clarification, I got...

"Very modern, green and efficient room. Only issue was no aircon and the sliding window did little to ventilate. Good location, five minutes' walk away from a tram stop and ten minutes from Letzipark mall."

"The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay."

"ممتاز "

"We were allowed our room early which very helpful. The room was beautiful, wonderful and modern. Comforters and soft pillows. Staff were always pleasant. Breakfast had everything we wanted-hard boiled eggs, scrambled, bacon and sausages, cereals, vegetables and meats and cheeses, breads, croissants and hard rolls; many choices of drinks(hot and cold). If you use public transport get off at Shoppi Tivoli and follow the signs."

"Location wasnt very convenient. Breakfast was okay. And room was very small and congested"
