The hospitality was truly outstanding, making the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend FIVE Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!"

"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."

The location is excellent, with plenty of places within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. My only concern was the price. It was honestly one of the most expensive hotel nights I've ever paid for. I'm not sure whether there was a special...

"Very good hotel Close to all good places"

"Nice place with good lake view"

"Not fancy at all but clean, comfortable, good location close to train station. Lots of hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."

"This is a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained property. We had an absolutely wonderful view and the location couldn't be better. They also have a great restaurant. The staff were some of the kindest, professional, and helpful we have experienced in a long time. This includes the restaurant staff as well."
