Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. Staff very helpful as requested earlier check in as had a wedding to attend at nearby venue. Supporting us with our request enabled us to stay at the wedding venue without the need to return for check in part way through the wedding celebrations. "
