We upgraded to family suite for the next day. Again we were kindly taken care of with their superb service. Highly recommend this hotel on what they have to offer. "

"The hotel management and customer service is very very bad, irresponsible. The deluxe room I book didn’t get it instead they want to give me the moldy smelly room that no customers want. I paid in full amount price $440 and since I don’t take the smelly room and want a refund back they only refund me back $238 because I used their service good thing I went on line and canceled my room on my own and get a refund $385 back. I will never return to this hotel and don’t recommend to anyone.😣😣😣"

"Got food poisoning during my stay (NOT from hotel food, it was local seared red tuna) and the staff took great care of me. They have an onsite pharmacist that took great care of me. Thanks again to this hotel and their wonderful staff!"
