"The Taj Hotel is an excellent place to stay. On this visit I had a terrible experience with the duty manager at check in. The Director of Operations resolved the issue with professionalism and made us experience the warm welcome that I know The Taj Group of Hotels offer their guest. It takes one staff (especially management) to change a guest mind from returning. We were upgraded to the palace and offered the club facilities. "This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible. "
