"For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available. "After 21 days driving the UK and staying at 10 different accommodations the Hyatt at Heathrow was the perfect way to spend our last night in UK. The rooms were perfect to relax before a 24 hours of travel ahead of us. Great breakfast followed by a workout in well appointed Gym."

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."
