"This property left nothing to desire. The room we had was clean, quiet and perfectly situated facing the beach. There was a full wall of a window to view a beautiful coastline with no obstruction at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful at turn of our stay. I just wish we had more time to stay longer. "We were a family of 5 with a baby who stayed in the Elea Villa, across the road from the main property but extremely close. The Villa is traditional style and older than the apartments but very spacious with three good sized double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The air conditioning does not cool the living area so that stayed quite warm. There is a nice veranda to sit out and food can be ordered to the Villa. The travel cot we had was a bit broken with not a very flat base so we co-slept...

"A group of bungalows high on the side of a mountain with sensational views. Road access is good - sealed and wide. Excellent kitchen but if you want to self-cater stock up before you come because the local shops are 20mins away and limited. Alternatively, Eleni will provide excellent home-cooked meals using produce from the farm for only €15(+) pp. Recently constructed so well-insualted and everything works."

"This was one of the worst hotels we've been too. The pictures of hotel rooms here are much better from what u get. Technically it should be rated as a Hostel! We had booked the hotel 4 months in advance for 3 people, and we got a room that had 2 single beds, and a sofa bed. The owner said "Other rooms are booked now". The shower head wasnt working (until we asked them to fix it) and had no warm water. There was no soap in the washroom. And they'd not change the towels or bed sheets every day....

"Not in Hersonissos but located in a village a good 30 minute steep downhill walk from Hersonissos. The walk back impossible for my partner who has a heart condition and required taxis at 7 eu per one way journey. The dining area pictured on the site was in fact derelict and the pool a smelly eyesore.The balcony overlooked the stagnant pool and derelict bar area.
