"Great location. Clean and friendly staff. Good resort for families with kids"

"I never write reviews but I hope this helps others to know before they ruin their stay at this hotel. Rooms are all old, very old.. looks like old soviet union hospital rooms. Stains everywhere, greasy windows / balcony door. Scratched old furniture, Carpets with spots and sheets ripped ( holes) next day instead of new sheets, ( after housekeeping) same sheets with holes.. mouldy shower heads, and leakage from ceilings in the corners. I have all the pics and I did show to staff. Only suits...

"Only plus is the location. Everything else is below average"

"Amazing hotel, I loved it so so much!! Waikiki itself was a little more hectic than I expected so I think next time I’d explore a different island. But the hotel was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed"

"Good breakfast and amenities"

"Gym wasn't open for 3 days. They still tried to charge me the full $45/day resort fee for the week. When I disputed it they did discount the fee. Location isn't the best. Staff just aren't the friendliest. I've been to hawaii over 12 times and would not stay at this hotel again."
