"The check in and evening team are especially wonderful, so welcoming especially for foreigners. Made us feel very welcome including showing us to our rooms. Shuttle service to/from Everland operated by the hotel is excellent in a modern Hyundai van. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, though not a lot of options in evening. Would definitely recommend for those travelling to Everland and surrounding area."

"수영장과 피트니스센터가 갖춰진 수원에 위치한 호텔이며, 수영장 이용시 구슬아이스크림 서비스도 좋았어요. 16층에 위치한 조식당 조식 구성도 좋았지만 창밖의 공원과 아파트 숲의 조화도 볼만했습니다. 3인이 묵을 수 있는 스위트룸은 요청하지 않았음에도 엑스트라베드를 미리 설치해주시는 센스 돋보였고 무료입니다. 사실 3인 요금에 포함이겠지요 !! 세번째 투숙인의 조식은 메리어트회원 가입시 2만2천원으로 이용 가능합니다."

"Family vacation stay was very comfortable. It was unfortunate not able to use the pool when we want. Front desk said pool is only available by reservation. Hotel room was very clean but it was dusty in some spots. "
