"Problems nationwide with computers meant a long wait for a room allocation. Staff dealt with this situation in a friendly and helpful manner and found a resolution as computers remained off all evening. Lovely room, food really good and staff very helpful at all times. Relaxed atmosphere and really good, clean swimming pool. "

"It is a lovely hotel, very peaceful and quiet area. It could use a bit of redecoration in certain sites but it is clean enough and still very comfortable with all the amenities. Breakfast is superb (I would say above average for the chain hotels) and this is one of the very few hotels where you can actually open the windows! "Close and convenient to the motorway, we used it as a stop off on a long journey south. The staff are great and they do a nice little kids packs and free hot chocolate. The hotel is quite dated but clean. Could definitely do with a big refurb. Pool nice and warm, clean but again just dated. The only issue we had was the bed. Never have a stayed on such a noisy, uncomfortable bed. It was like a camp bed. "

"This hotel is away from the town and in a quiet area. You can get a local taxi in minutes. The hotel staff were very nice. They have a restaurant serving good affordable foods. They have a vending machine in place. Access to the pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Hotel has a disco with free entrance which is cool. Enjoyed and feel relaxed with our stay. Recommend this hotel."
