"The hotel is in a convenient location. Clean and the receptionist Tam did excellent job of helping us with the arrangement for a city tour and follow up with the transportation service we needed."

"The personnel were polite and very helpful. They need however to have someone who could understand and speak English well. (Not many locals speak English). The building was nice. Only criticism is that the carpets especially the one in 4th floor is soiled. They need to either replaced them or clean them."
