"Positive side: The service is excellent, breakfast is good, swimming pool area also nice, the environment in the bar located next to the beach also nice. Negative side: We reserve the resort at hotels.com and expecting it’s a hotel resort but it turns out as „camping resort“ , also compare to the price range it is totally unacceptable. It should specify clearly! The cottage provided is indeed a luxury „camping site“, not really up to hotel standard. The bed in this price range is unacceptable,...

"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"

"This hotel rated as a four stars is far away from the level one could expect. If you are not travelling with kids select rather something different. Rooms oriented to the street are rumourous (night life in Lignano is long), they are rather small, bathroom very modest... Yes, there is nice pool, hotel has beach beds reserved, and good parking place, but: coffee served during the breakfast is NOT DRINKSABLE AT ALL juice is not a juice croissants are not croissants We bookd only B&B fortunatelly...

"We booked because it was so hot out and the hotel has huge, great pool with a partial roof. BUT- beware- they CLoSE pool for 2 hours 1 to 3!! Just when u want to swim! To Americans this is kinda crazy! To the Europeans , they were ok with it - they go to the beach with a million chairs 10 deep. Another kind of crazy - if ypu book on any website beside their website ( and how would i even know about this hotel) You Can't PARK in their lot. We oaud over $180 and were told "oh no parking for you."...
