"Comfortable and quiet! This was the perfect stop over after Glacier lagoon. Take note that dining options in this area are slim. The hotel food was a bit too fancy for our tired selves so we made do with snacks from the bar! "

"Our experience with this location to be a good one. The room was fine, the WC was nearby and all was good. The breakfast was very good and they were dealing with two buses of people, including a really rude female tour guide that barged into the kitchen and was making what we felt were unjustified complaints and demands. we have travelled by ourselves and with small group tours and have never had a tour guide act so inappropriately - fussing and being rude about non-issues. The hotel staff handled it respectfully. We would stay here again."

"This is a lovely sheep farm that is very convenient if you're driving the Ring Road or just visiting Jokulsarlon. The dinner was really good as well as the included breakfast buffet. The restaurant closes at 9 pm so keep that in mind for planning! Also there is free coffee and hot chocolate, self-serve, all hours."

"Such a quaint place surrounded by water mountains and sheep. Loved the location. We had dinner and dessert here and it was delicious. Breakfast was a nice spread also. Breakfast wasn’t included but maybe around $15. Only negative was how hot the room felt and would have slept better with thicker curtains to block out the light. "

"Ideal location for a couple of nights' stay while touring the east of Iceland. Very comfortable rooms and really friendly/helpful staff. Small restaurant with a good choice of food, where service was excellent, even when they were also hosting larger groups. "
