"Amazing spot to see the Puffins… the staff was wonderful. It was on the pricey side. Our most expensive stop on the Ring Road by far. Very small town, not much there, except an awesome Puffin experience. That’s must be the big price tag… and it was worth it! "

"Nice simple place with everything we needed. The room was clean, pleasant, and had a great view of the mountains. Access to the kitchen and laundry was a great bonus. The staff member who supported us was very enjoyable and informative. We enjoyed our two night stay. "

"We planned on using the convenience of this guest house as a quick overnight on our way around Iceland. We should have used it as an anchor point. Terrific location, interesting town, amazing hiking all around, and the room was great. The full facility, including a terrific community kitchen were modern and meticulously maintained. All cooking equipment and dining utensils are there. We should have groceried up and spent 2-3 days launching from there "

10/10 Cozy, comfortable cabin surrounded by Nature

"This adorable little cabin was perfect for our stay traveling around the Ring Road! My grandmother and I LOVED this cozy place. It was nice to have a cabin all to ourselves and our own beds that were very comfortable! The TV and wifi worked wonderfully (it has been one of the only places with a TV on our stay so far) so we enjoyed a nice movie and coziness on the comfortable couch while it rained at night. The views are incredible & it is Fall time so the leaves are orange and yellow and beautiful against the mountains! The shower was hot & the appliances all worked well for cooking our own meals. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area! Thanks for a great stay! "

Great Stay at Arni's Home

"Arni is the perfect host! If you are looking for a wonderful stay in the countryside then look no further. His home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting with Arni and his property is beautiful. We took several walks on his property accompanied by Toki, Arni's amazing black lab. If you are looking for a cookie cutter hotel stay look elsewhere, but if you looking for a memorable stay with a local then book here immediately!"
