In the little harbour there’s a hill where puffins settle in summer and you can get really close to them! Best to see early or late in the day, they are out fishing midday 😊

"I really enjoyed staying here. I was on a top floor facing the fjord and even though the room was small it was perfect for me. I never had a problem accessing the bathroom and I even got to do some laundry. There was a good camaraderie among the guests and the location was convenient to good hiking and good eating. If you are a light sleeper I suggest buying a small travel noise machine. This thing has saved my sleep on so many trips. When you’re in a guest house or a small old hotel, you tend to hear a lot of noise, including banging doors and loud talking. The noise machine and some earplugs really help me sleep through all of that. So I slept great here."
