But sadly, the communication with the staff was not good, limited English and was asked to check out half way through our booked stay (even though we paid upfront on Hotels.com). Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det...

"No hot water, no sleep from noise of neighbors all night long till early morning, No restaurant food available from menu, ran out of all items on menu, had to order al a carte rice and tofu only, very expensive, room very overrated and extremely expensive. Next time we stay at Moni, closer to Kelimutu, way less expensive, more restaurants for food. There was no option to drive to another restaurant for meals from the eco lodge.For the price we paid, we expected stellar service, we got far...

"I liked that it was quiet and restful. Nice garden view. Breakfast omelette was basic but tasty and sufficient. Owner and staff try very hard to be accommodating by providing rides to and from town plus to the airport. Internet access was very good. Basic amenities. Would have been nice to have a pool."
