"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. "The location is good just in front of Tunjungan Mall. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was unable to detect our booking even tho i showed him of the expedia booking ref no. The hotel staffs didnt do their job in preparing the day bookings prior to the guest arrival...it took about 20mins of our time when we arrived late at night from malang...tired and sleepy"
