"Very enjoyable stay. Too hot overnight. Understand Air Conditioning was unavailable, will be better next time. Would have preferred bathroom door to open alternative way. Light very bright when opening door overnight. Or second switch inside bathroom. Bottle of water waiting in room very good idea. Staff professional and pleasant. Good quality breakfast. We will be staying there again."

No local amenities that I was aware of. Sort of place ideal if just passing through, having a reception or making use of the bar/restaurant."

"Staff were lovely. Our room was big, with a big bath and separate shower. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. The only issue was the heating was on, during a hot weekend in mid May and the whole hotel was very warm but they did give out fans and open the windows so it wasn’t unbearable. "

I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."
