"Bed was very comfortable.Very noisy children above our room were jumping off the beds and running around.The bathroom had black mould round the bath could of been cleaned quite easy"

"The only problem I see to this hotel is the lack of its own car park,you need to use a public one. Every thing else wonderful......the people the food the communications. The National Express Coach if, like me you needed transport picks you up in the main street 5 mins from Allerdale. At the same stop are regular buses to Keswick and Penrith. I had a great time."

"Decent staff, stay and property - the outdoor heated pool area was the best space but unfortunately the tattiest with missing tiles and in need of a little extra care. "
