"Very clean"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel. It was a nice property though definitely geared towards older people. There's not much in the surrounding area if you're walking, though I was able to take a nice hike nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into town but beware on the way back since it's quite steep uphill. The pool was nice though it does require you to wear a swim cap which they provide. You can have dinner at the hotels various restaurants - though they're all kind of one...

"Was disappointed when we got there and realised there was no bar or restaurant. It was only a place to stay . Walked into Dundrum for something to eat . Overall the room was clean and the bed comfortable but not hotel facilities "

"Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Stephen explained everything about the area, how to get there and the best places to eat. My wife and I felt very comfortable indeed. Excellent breakfast, great way to start the day."

"This is our all time favorite hotel in all of Ireland and pretty much anywhere! The greeter in the entrance was amazing!! I can’t remember his name but I think it was Mezi or close to that! He was awesome!! We love the Powerscourt!! "

"Really handy for families . Outside of town but on the Tram and M50 ring road. Receptionist was great. Nice and quiet and safe building. "

"Entrance hall devoid of 'warmth'. You have to PUSH hard thro 2 big doors to get to foyer. With a bad shoulder, I was not happy. No flowers or comfortable sofas, chairs visible. Lift very 'commercial'. Bedroom not 'inviting'. Beds looked like 'kids' beds they way they were made up, casual. The window sill paint all broken, curtain had a 'lump' of material missing, right in the middle of curtain. No light over or on worn, old, used sideboard which held a telephone that was 'dead'. No guide...
