"I came alone for a weekend away and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and full of very convenient amenities such as the fridge, air con, coffee and tea facilities. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and made the experience amazing. I went to eat in the restaurant and even on a busy night the staff where attentive, pleasant and polite and the food was excellent. Normally the single dinning experience you can be made to feel like an inconvenience but this was not the case here and a very pleasant experience I made sure to inform the manager of on my way out. I love the pool facilities,it was relaxing after a long drive to be able to have a swim and relax. I have and will keep recommending this hotel to others and I will be back to stay again myself ☺️"

"Wonderful overnight stay for a birthday celebration. The staff went out of their to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable. The setting was amazing, especially the views of the lake from the lovely warm outdoor pool. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make our stay so memorable "

The food in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly. The rooms are decorated beautifully, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. "We had a room on the top floor which was very cute and comfortable - absolutely amazing big bed, great view. They had no parking in their lot available but we were able to get a spot 100m away in a public car park which was free overnight. "

"The property was beautifully decorated. Staff were all mostly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and hot. Room was a family room very spacious, net curtains could do with being replaced. Quite ripped and worn Other than that room was very comfortable. Would nt hesitate to go back to this hotel again. Not really far from Galway. "
