"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. Beds were comfy but room itself is in need of a revamp. Shower screen didnt fit bath properly so the floor got...

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the breakfast staff were not particularly interested in providing a first class service. No marmalade, had to ask for pastries to be re-stocked and the cooked breakfast - eggs bacon etc - was suffering from rigour mortis. Not a great start to the mornng! Location though is ideal for exploring the city centre, visiting the Titanic Experience and for access to the City Airport."

"Very good location, the guy at the front desk was so kind and helped us get an additional night stay. The only cons is the room might not be as "aired out" as we'd like and felt a bit stuffy at times but other than that, it's been super great!"
