"My husband and I, along with our four young children (ages 9-4) just returned from 8 wonderful days in Honduras. Ebenor was a wonderful man, very helpful. Drove us any where we needed to be and was on time. Wilson was so kind and played with the kids - took them fishing, jumping in the waves, horseback riding, and build the world's largest bond fire for them on the beach one evening. "Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...
