"The hotel is located over the road from the ocean. However, you can't swim in the ocean due to a very muddy water and could use the pool instead. The staff was nice and room was OK. It was tea/coffee and stove facilities in the room. Bottled water was also provided, which is nice. The only problem is that all rooms are one to another with chairs/tables in front and when occupants of neighbouring rooms just sit there and talk later in the evening, even pretty quite, it is still pretty loud. "Road in is not in good condition, seemed like a farm track. So be prepared for that, trust your nose and keep going. Resort is older and dated in places, but clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a beach to swim in and a pool as well"

"Hi, I stayed at De Vos on the Park for three nights on my business trip alone. I didn't go walking around after dark as it was not recommended but because the MacDonalds was literally next door, it was easy to get some food after dark. The staff were also super friendly. The facilities are as expected from a 3 ish star hotel. I would definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget."
