"The building is old and it shows. Whilst I am sure in its heyday it was a 5 star resort it is now showing signs of mould and general disrepair. The carpet outside our room was sodden for a week due to a leak in the air conditioning system which had come through the ceiling in the hallway. We were offered a different room but following conversations with other travelers realized that our room was one of the better ones (without mould) - the staff are absolutely amazing at doing the best they can...

"Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us. The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging. "Our stay was a great week away with family , staff and food were wonderful really made our stay , our family were 23 people in total consisting of 16 adults and 6 kids ranging from7 months to 5 years old.
