"Our original.room.waz not brilliat, small dark and looking out on a wall. Once i spoke to reception our room was changed with out fuss to a much nicer room. Hotel is well located for all sites. The breakfast was very good although the saturday mirning no one was arround to check us in or explain anything. Sunday morning was a very different experience lots of staff. "
