"Everything was excellent, but the jacuzzi was down and has been most of the year!"

"Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling."

"listen i don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel really has improved. last time i was there it was awful, so i was hesitant to stay again, but i heard it had some renovations and improvements. and it absolutely did!! it was very clean, well maintained, modern, cozy! i would stay again!"

"It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit...

"Good stay. Helpful and friendly staff."

"It was clean, the host was prompt with replies to any questions I had"

"Everything was what I expected and the communication was timely. Would stay there again if going to Oglebay Resort."

"Michelle was a wonderful host - very responsive and even offered suggestions of places to go during our stay. The home worked well for our needs, though the neighborhood was a little rough. Overall, enjoyed our time in Wheeling!"

"property was nice. No toilet paper and did not get my refund back. I was accused of breaking drawers under the bed which we were unaware that they were even their,. Working a dispute with Vrbo"

"The Property was very clean and well stocked with essentials."

"It’s nice place, nice house. Only one thing we found bathroom doors locks bad. All bathrooms doors were not working. Rest of the things are fantastic. It’s nice view outside close to everything."

"We grew up in Wheeling and needed a place to stay for a family reunion. This house worked well for 5 of us. It is a quaint victorian style house in a quiet little neighborhood. The wood work is beautiful and the house is cozy, we loved the front porch! The host answers messages promptly. We do have to say that the house could use a deep clean. The baseboards need dusted and some vacuuming needs done. The stove was not clean, but luckily we didn't need to use it. Also the listing says 2...

"This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "

"Very cute and clean place to stay! Had everything we might need from dishes and appliances to toiletries and towels. We would recommend and stay at again!"
