"This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, I would warn English speakers that this hotel can be a bit of a struggle as it didn’t seem there were many staff with English skills. Not a bad thing at all, just want to note that you shouldn’t expect fluent English at all times. Additionally, this hotel does not allow Grab on the property. "I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars.
