"Staff had promised early check in was available before which I had planned well before i arrived. Airport shuttle was very helpful but I couldn’t check in and had to pay for breakfast instead. Wasn’t able to access room or facilities because I had to leave before I was able to check in since staff didn’t grant early check in as they had promised "

If I knew about this phenomenon i woulda gone another hotel. Room was fine but the 2 power outlets were in one corner, strange. The bathroom had a constant urine smell. Location is great near airport, and eating options"
