"This was my second time at this facility and the service was much better than the first time. There were high school kids enjoying their graduation trip and their behaviour was on spot. "The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down.
