"The property is well-maintained and easy to find. It gets fantastic sea breezes, which keep the cottage feeling fresh and cool throughout the day. "We spent a week on Sunset point houseboat and already can’t wait to return! The house is exactly as described, an older house boat with lots of charm and amazing views from every bedroom. The snorkeling under the house is excellent. Ride the tides down to the shipwreck and explore all the fish swimming around in the big rusty steel hull and you will not be disappointed.
