"When it comes to the staff they were excellent, but the property was a bit run down and needed new and updated furnitures. The food was ok but needed to represent more of the Caribbean culture. The rooms needed an upgrade and the tvs need to be more modern, such as smart tvs . The WiFi only worked when most of the guest checked out. But overall it was a quiet stay."

"Had a wonderful stay and the staff was extremely kind, friendly and accommodating! Room was clean and comfortable! They are doing a bit of renovations during working hours but it was no bother since I was exploring the island during that time. Can’t wait to visit the Bahamas again in future. "

"Our experience at the Warwick was exceptional.. our housekeeper for floor 5 was Rachel she was amazing and made sure all our needs were met .she was so sweet and hard working . We love Rachel "

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"The property was directly located by the beach and was a fabulous choice for our stay. The restaurant within the hotel were expensive and the service was very slow. They all had waiting lists to get into so the restaurants were not convenient regardless of the price. We sat in a cocktail lounge for 30 minutes and no one approached our table. I finally had to ask for help to send someone to our table. But the food was very good along with the drinks, just the service was very slow. "

"so the property was nice. the restaurant’s food was not good at all. the buffet food was good but the ladies had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. some of the staff were nice and some were very rude. the toilet barely flushed and the light in the room at night was not good. however i liked the place it was really nice and peaceful. "Everything was good ! nice Bach good rooms good food ! Only thing what I don't understand why guys kick you off from the beach at 6 pm ! it is still early some of people want to enjoy evening beach too !"

"The views from the balcony and from the main bedroom are amazing. It is literally steps to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The location is great: just 10 minutes to the grocery store and to lots of nice restaurants. Paige and Charles were very kind and responsive."
