"Very clean hotel. Nicely located in central Vichy with close access to all the main streets and restaurants/bars. Just be aware there is no lift for those who have difficulties with stairs. Staff friendly and helpful too. "

"This was a very basic hotel but clean and tidy. Room had a decent bathroom, beds and tv but nothing else. Limited check in times and the codes given were confusing and staff struggled with English and sadly my French is really bad. There was a night club in the adjoining car part which boomed out until about 5 am! Not overly noisy but you could not keep your window open. For a cheap hotel it OK and I would consider staying here again."
