Value for money

This was a one-night stay after going to the theatre, so we just wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful. This hotel was 5 mins walk to the theatre, easy access and friendly staff. Room was small, but clean. We had all we needed, so good for the relative price (under 50€).

This was a very basic hotel but clean and tidy. Room had a decent bathroom, beds and tv but nothing else. Limited check in times and the codes given were confusing and staff struggled with English and sadly my French is really bad. There was a night club in the adjoining car part which boomed out until about 5 am! Not overly noisy but you could not keep your window open. For a cheap hotel it OK and I would consider staying here again.

The Hotel is old and dirty. Extremely small bedrooms. Extremely small and thin mattresses on the beds, which made the nights very uncomfortable. Would never go back to this place. The only positive is that it was walking distance from the theater I was going to see a show.

100% disappointing!!

It was disappointing, very disappointing☹️!! We arrived late and needed a code to enter. It didn't work☹️. We tried to contact the listed emergency number, it didn't work either! We contacted Hotels.com and spoke to a friendly lady. There was good talk, but no solution came. Another guest at the hotel came out of the hotel door (had to get something in his car) and wanted to help us. It resulted in him not being able to enter the door again☹️. My wife and I found another hotel that was open to guests. Now we have paid for 2 nights, but have only received 1 night☹️. How do we get our refund from Hotel Inn Design Montluçon🙏??? Do yourself a favor, don't use the Hotel Inn Design Montluçon if you're staying overnight☹️.

Une fête foraine sur le parking à côté de l’hôtel, la personne de l’accueil a été parfaite, malgré d’une chambre sur l’arrière de l’hôtel pour moins de bruit avec la fête foraine nous avons préféré trouver un autre hôtel. Ayant réservé sur le net et payé nous avons donc perdu la somme versée, nous ne réserverons plus ainsi pour éviter une mauvaise surprise.
