"This hotel is under construction - they are building top floor. Lobby is very small but the Black Sea and walking paths are very close"

"My criticism of this property is that is does not have more elevators. But this seems to be a Batumi-wide issue. Otherwise, it is a really great property for the price paid. I would absolutely re-book. "
