The hotel overall was pretty quite, the outside grounds were beautiful. Our bed was very firm, but also expected anywhere outside of the US. "Originally I was a little worried when we found out that our room had no window--only a skylight--and it was rather warm. But Nicola (hope I've spelled that right) very kindly found us a much nicer room. Breakfast was good and the staff were all unfailingly pleasant and helpful to deal with.
