"Hotel certainly fine, but our room (128) was terribly placed for being woken at 6am by pounding techno music and someone screaming over a PA system to motivate a gym class …. Had an early morning appointment in the vicinity and only stayed in hotel so I could get a long lie instead of waking up at 6am at home …. If you like sleeping at 6am you’d be advised to ask to stay on a higher floor or the other end… no idea where the sound was coming from but once it woke us up it was too annoying to get back to sleep! "

"I have stayed here for the last 3 years . The staff are truly outstanding. The food is extremely expensive. I ordered scallops for £17.00 only 1 on the plate very disappointing. The heating was not working. room was very cold No hot water on the Tuesday morning. Credit to the team they couldn't do enough for me .. However the menu needs sorting "

"The location is convenient, staff are super friendly and food in the restaurant is very good. But the problem is that the rooms are not at all noise proof and the temperature controls are useless. I had a sleepless night in a cold and noisy room."

"Lovely B&B for an overnight. Stayed in room 7 bed very comfortable, lovely clean bathroom modern and spotless, tea making facilities good only down side was the roller blind was not blackout and there were no curtains so it was very light very early. Kitchen next door had plenty of crockery, glasses and pots should you wish to make yourself a meal. Breakfast selection good although no brown bread only white. Good selection of teas and coffees and plenty of yoghurt etc in the fridge for you to help yourself too. All in all a fantastic night and worth every penny. Thanks Anna x"
