"The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and clean. It's in a great location. It's easy to walk to the center of Santiago, and it's super close to the train station. "The property is rather dated. One of my bedroom windows was missing the lock to have it opened and closed. The A/C was rather old. The room, however was quite spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I was surprised that there was no safety box in the room. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town of Santiago de Compostela."

"Not the easiest hotel to find but we did approach it from an unconventional route. It is conveniently situated 5 mins walk from harbour but in a quiet area near to the path that you can take down to Mar de Fora beach which has a chilled vibe and is great place to watch the sunset. The location also encourages you to take the coastal path to the lighthouse which is much more interesting than the road route to the east side, it is quite steep though so wouldn't suggest flip-flops! "I booked a room with a terrace and was shocked to find I had to climb a flight of stairs to get to my room once I entered the door! I was able to get help from the very friendly staff at the hotel since I wouldn't have been able to carry my luggage up the stairs without assistance. The view from my room was spectacular and made this inconvenience worth my trouble. I would have preferred to have learned about the stairs when I read the description of the room. It was quite a surprise when I unlocked the door!"
