"-Room was BEAUTIFUL! Larger than it looked from the pictures, and the built-in fireplace was easy to use & operational. -My room had full view of the valley below & a patio area over-loooked the golf course *(Didn't use the patio because it was very dusty and there were spiderwebs. Same with the windows, very dirty/dusty & spiderwebs) -Bathroom was FANTASTIC! *(Beautiful heavy/large oak door/frame, large granite sink & countertop w/ 2 sinks, jacuzzi bathtub, stand-up shower & had "iceblock" windows. There was a hair dryer, mini shampoo, conditioner, soap.) -Beds comfortable -2 large accent armchairs across from the fireplace -3 lamps -Microwave -Mini refrigerator -Single cup KEURIG w/ 6 flavors available to brew -Ice bucket & 2 liners *(Front check-In lobby supplies the ice, there is NOT an ice machine- Lobby closes at Midnight) -Parking was easy, just a bit steep in few places -Great check-in staff **THERE IS ONE POOL ON THE PROPERTY** *(So just PRAY THERE AREN'T SEVERAL LOUD SCREAMING KIDS & DOING CANNONBALLS all around you, W/ complacent parents who just sit there & stare). Don't go there to relax, nor to get peace and quiet- it's not going to happen. -If you get a towel from the front desk to use the pool, you must put down a deposit using your credit card. Yes, I said that. ALSO, it was conveyed to me that IF YOU DON'T return that towel for some reason, "It will cost you more than the stay was in the first place.") (?) -Property was very clean & easy check-out "

"We have been coming to Arizona for years now. This was by far our best rental we have ever had. Matt even went as far as to help us surprise my husband for his birthday on the day that we arrived. Accommodations are insanely clean and he has literally anything you might need to cook, clean or use. Also, everything is close to you: pizza, dinner out, breakfast, ice cream, coffee and hiking. The views are breathtaking and the neighborhood is so very quiet. The pool is perfect and you can stay on the porch and watch the kids so easily. If you like getting up and walking or running the neighborhood this is absolute perfection. I can’t say enough amazing things about Matt and his property. You have to book this! You won’t regret it."

"I spent my birthday here with 10 other guests and we all had a great time. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and so spacious. We did have a minor issue with one of the showers, but after reaching out to the host, everything was fixed and the communication was perfect. The host was so accommodating and helpful. The location of the home is pretty far from all the activities I planned, but it was so worth it to have a beautiful home in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood. I would most definitely stay here again."
