"Staff very friendly on arrival. The overall place has a clean, friendly and quiet atmosphere. The room is exceptionally clean and lovely and airy. Lots of plug sockets which is very convenient and plenty of little milks to put in your tea or coffee. It makes a nice change, as in other places always have to ask for more. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Food was good value and great pub food. Again staff very friendly and just felt they were definitely doing something they loved. Would go again. Great place to relax and enjoy a walk."

"Everything regarding the room was great and whilst it was carnival week it was busy but ok. What wasnt was the breakfast, it was warm, eggs not fully poached, bread only half toasted, black pudding end of packet and hard. Suggest they focus on paying guests first before walkins"
