"The room was honestly so much nicer than I had expected. I haven't stayed in a Hampton before, but this hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and overall it was a great experience. The gentleman at the front desk overnight was very personable and kind, I believe his name was Zach, so sorry if thats completely wrong."

"There were bugs and insects in all rooms... Also there was a smell through out the property"

"The staff was very friendly but the hotel was being renovated with pipes exposed through the hallway. The rooms had a musty moldy smell. I had to spray air fresheners to make it bearable. The breakfast was poor quality. The waffle was the best option."

"We had originally booked 3 nights through Expedia. The room was ok except for the moldy chair with a cigarette burn hole. Also one of the closet doors were missing. The air conditioner was old, noisey and kept us up most of the night. The worst part was that I felt unsafe as there seemed to be drug users on the property. One gentleman was sitting on the curb in front of his room swinging his arms back and forth and after an hour the staff finally called 911. I was told that "most" of the people...
